I joined the company on 10th May after a career in a large financial organisation and enjoying a year out.
Joining Peach has been fantastic, you can read on our website the professional services we offer but it’s the personal side of the business I want to share. The day I was offered the job I also got some pretty devastating news that I needed surgery (3 in total), it came out of the blue and at the time I didn’t know what this entailed or how long I would need to recover.
Even before I started, the Peach Team have been supportive and with me every step of the way. I started in May and my surgeries started in June, luckily not as bad as I thought so only had to have a week out of the business. Together we came up with a plan that meant I could still work and be part of the team. Having that teamwork and unwavering support is invaluable. JOB VACANCY
Are you a NQ -3 PQE employment solicitor? Looking at joining a company outside the traditional legal practice?
Due to continued growth in the business, we are looking for an Employment Solicitor, ideally NQ with 1-3 years PQE, who can demonstrate initiative, creativity and has experience of dealing with respondents as well as claimants. Excellent communication and organisational skills are essential, and we are looking for candidates who focus on obtaining commercial solutions for clients.
They will be involved in supporting the Managing Director together with growing their own caseload. They will assist the team in providing a full range of employment advice.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Schedule: Monday to Friday
Work Location: Office based in Cheadle Hulme
