We are looking for a full time HR Specialist/Consultant.

We are looking for someone to grow the HR team and provide a first rate HR service to our wonderful clients! The HR Specialist supports the people management functions that underpin clients’ and Peach’s business culture.

 

The HR Specialist is required to lead and direct clients to deliver a comprehensive HR service to their business, advising clients on employee relations and performance management. Work with the legal team for complex employee relation issues. You will also be required to work with the Managing Director on the sales and marketing strategy and identify potential new business.

 

The HR Specialist will need to demonstrate a wide range of skills across a variety of sectors and would be expected to show excellent communication skills honed in business partnering/advisory roles, have a CIPD or equivalent qualification and have a professional and commercial approach to HR.
