We recently carried out disciplinary and grievance training for one of our clients in which we addressed the above issues and more. We were able to give the managers confidence and the skills to use their disciplinary and grievance processes effectively. Feedback from the session was extremely positive stating that “all staff at manager level should attend” and “very knowledgeable trainers, who are good at explaining the course in simple terms”.
