Jo joined Peach Law in May 2023 having worked previously for a major UK bank.
Jo has 17 years’ experience working in HR across multi-functional complex global businesses and is passionate about delivering exceptional HR support. Jo’s experience spans from hands on HR and Payroll advice to individual colleagues on all policies including absence, family friendly, grievance, disciplinary and recruitment, to managing the front-line HR Operational Teams for the UK, ROI, Offshore and EMEA supporting the end-to-end employee lifecycle. Qualified in Lean Six Sigma change methodology means that Jo has experience in managing HR projects from internal process improvements to Global HR Transformation projects.
