Peach Law granted SRA waiver!
As a local forward thinking legal and HR consultancy business and BBC go to for employment law commentary, Peach Law Limited is one of the first companies of its type to be granted a waiver by the Solicitors Regulation Authority (SRA) through their Innovation Space which will allow our solicitors to provide a fuller range of legal services to our clients.
Being granted the waiver will enable our clients to benefit from more cost-effective, quality advice from our in-house Employment Solicitors without the need to outsource to a law firm. To be granted the waiver we were required to demonstrate how our clients would benefit, that it would improve access to justice and was a sufficiently different way of offering legal services in addition to ensuring that granting the application would be compatible with the regulatory objectives.
