Gender Pay Gap- useful guidance for employers!
The Government Equalities Office (GEO) have published 2 sets of guidance for employers, Eight ways to understand your organisation’s gender pay gap and Four steps to developing a gender pay gap action plan to help employers close their gender pay gap.
A recent study be data analytics form Paygap.com, showed that 31.3% of the just over 1000 organisations who submitted their gender pay gap report made “one or two administrative errors”. The most common was not providing a link to a written report, in addition to some reports not signed off by the required person.
